Yes, you’re in control of every page. You can choose from our default library of customizable pages and add unlimited custom pages.

Can I include video on my website?

Yes. We have a built-in You Tube plug-in that will allow you to easily add video to any page.

Can I link to my virtual tour provider?

Yes. It is very simple to add a link from each listing to your virtual tour.

Can I link to other web sites?

Yes. You can add as many links as you want. It is important to obtain permission from the web site that you are linking to. Most sites are happy to have the traffic that your site generates for them.

Can I reorder and rearrange the pages on my website?

Yes. You can determine where your pages will appear.

Can I track who visits my web site?

Yes. We have detailed statistics that will show you how many visitors you have and where they are going. We also provide a Google Analytics plug-in so you can track your stats via Google Analytics as well. We do not collect contact information from your visitors unless they voluntarily enter it into one of the lead capture forms on your web site. These forms include a contact form, a buyers form that requests a listing update, and sellers form that requests a CMA, or if a prospect downloads a report for buyers or sellers.

Can I use a domain I already own?

Absolutely! All you need to do is have your registrar redirect your domain name to our servers. Our customer support team will contact you with instructions and help you with setting the correct name servers.

Can I use my own images and graphics?

Yes. We have stock images for you to use, or you may upload custom graphics throughout your website.

Can you link to my MLS?

Yes. If your MLS offers you a public access link or IDX you can add that anytime. Our product is set up to work with any IDX service.

Do I have to sign a contract to use your service?

No. We offer a monthly hosting plan and strive to provide you with excellent service and an excellent product but if for any reason you are not happy with your website, you many cancel at any time with 30 days written notice sent to [email protected] For annual subscriptions, we do not refund or credit accounts for services that have been cancelled.

Do you charge more for team websites?

No. A team website has no additional fees.

Do you have a Drip Marketing service?

Yes we have just launched a new Drip Marketing service called Drip365.com. This will allow you to place your clients on email drips so that you can keep in contact with them over the years. Our system is extremely easy to setup and use. The cost for this service is $19.95 but we discount it for our Agent Website users to $15.00.

Do your sites come with an RSS feed?

Yes. Each website comes with an RSS feed that will allow you to build property widgets for your listings. Your RSS feed will dynamically update as you add or remove listings from your website.

Does your service include social networking tools?

Yes. We have a built in share tool that will allow you to easily add your website to Facebook and other social networking sites.

Does your service offer sub domains for my Listings?

Yes you can give your listing a “nickname” and access it directly. For example, if I give my listing a nickname of “Broadway” I can use this domain name to access the property webpage directly: www.Broadway.KimAgent.com. It is like having a micro website for each listing.

How do I contact my leads?

Visitors who are seeking information can fill out one of the forms on your web site and you may follow up with an email or phone call depending on what information they enter. Your personal touch will make all the difference when following up with prospective clients.

How long does it take to activate my site?

Most web sites are online within a few minutes. If you plan to use an existing domain that you have previously purchased it could take several days depending on the cooperation of your current registrar.

How many domain names can I have?

There is no limit to the number of domain names you may have. You get one free with your website.

How many listings can I add to my site?

How much is an Agent Web Site?

The cost for an agent website is $29.95 per month OR $305.00 per year. There is a one-time setup fee of $99.00 to get started. We offer additional upgrades such as IDX and custom graphics for an additional fee.

How will my website be different from the others?

The customization possibilities are endless. You can upload custom images, change all of the content, add custom pages, remove any default pages you don’t need and custom links, upload documents and more. And unlike most template websites, your agent Website Control Panel makes it simple to customize your website.

How will people find my web site?

We automatically submit your site to the major search engines upon the initial order and periodically throughout the year. We also create xml site maps that help search engines index your website properly. In addition, you can customize your keywords and meta tags anytime you want by using the agent toolbox. To maximize the number of visitors that your web site receives it is important to advertise your site. From our experience, the best way to do this is to include your URL (domain name) on all of your current advertisements and business card. Most engines are now offering express submission for a fee. These fees are based on a cost-per-click method that you determine.

Is there a charge when I change my website?

No! You can make as many changes as you like, anytime you like and never pay any fees.

Q:Can I create several listing pages to showcase different types of properties?

Yes. With our system you can create any number of listing pages we call “Hot Sheets”. This tool is especially useful for agents who have a high volume of listings or work with different types of properties. For example, someone who does commercial and residential property can create a listing page for each type of property. An agent who works with residential sales and residential rentals will also find this tool very useful.

What is a Domain Name?

A Domain Name is the web site address that people can type into an internet browser to find your web site.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel within the first 30 days, you will receive a refund minus any setup fee and out of pocket expense. After the first 30 days, Properties Online, LLC cannot issue refunds for early termination of your website. For annual subscriptions, we do not refund or credit accounts for services that have been cancelled.

Will my Agent Web Site be listed on search engines?

Yes. We automatically submit your site to the major engines upon the initial order and periodically throughout the year. We also create xml site maps that help search engines index your website properly. In addition, you can customize your keywords and meta tags anytime you want by using the agent toolbox. Submitting the traditional way can take several months for your site to be indexed and it is impossible to determine exactly which search terms will pull up your web site. Most engines are now offering express submission for a fee. Several of the larger and more popular search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN, Alta Vista and Excite have developed into a “Paid Placement” or “Pay-Per-Click” system. With paid placement, you are GUARANTEED that your site will be listed under the keywords of your choice and your site is usually listed within 5 business days. Best of all, you are only charged when someone clicks thru to your web site. Bids range from 5 cents to over 2 dollars per click thru depending on how popular the search term is. You can set a monthly maximum to make sure you do not spend more that you want to.

Will my website support IDX?

Yes. If you are working with a broker that has an IDX, your website can be linked to it directly. Or if you need IDX for your website, we are happy to provide it for you.
